This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to stop the illegal and unauthorised construction raised by respondents No. 4 to 6 on the premises being property No. Plot No. 6 (pvt. Plot No. 6A), Ghari Jharia Maria, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 states that an inspection has been carried out of the said property and the property has been booked for unauthorised construction and work stop notice has also been issued. He states that the respondent No. 1 will take further steps as per law against the said property 3.

Binding respondent No. 1 to the above submission, the present petition stands disposed of. Respondent No. 1 will ensure appropriate action is taken as per law within six weeks from today. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
