By way of these applications filed on behalf of revisionist, it is prayed that settlement entered into between the parties be accepted by this Court. As recorded in previous orders, entire settlement amount stands already paid back to respondent no. 2 and this is reconfirmed today by learned counsel for respondent no. 2, expressing no objection to these applications. further reflected from the last order, the revisionist has also deposited with DHCLSC an amount of 15% of the cheque amount in both these cases and the costs receipts are already on record.

Considering the above circumstances, both these applications are allowed and offence pertaining to which these revision petitions are pending stands compounded.

In view of the above discussion, these revision petitions stand disposed of as compromised. Copy of this order be sent to learned trial court as well as to learned appellate court.
