CRL.M.C. 1828/2024 After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition as and when the Complainant is ready and willing to co-operate in the matter. Liberty is also sought to take resort to other proceedings available in law, since the Complainant is now resiling on the settlement that she has entered into willingly and out of her free own will.

Petition stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for in accordance with law.
