By virtue of the present bail application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in FIR No.238/2025 dated 08.05.2025 under Sections 64(1)/351 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 6/21 the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at PS.: Malviya Nagar, Delhi.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file the same afresh, upon the same facts and circumstances, albeit in accordance with law. 3.

The present bail application, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
