These petitions have been filed challenging the Order dated 31.01.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Special Electricity Court, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in Bail Matter no. 2721/2023, titled State v. Aniket, and in Bail Matter no. 2722/2023, titled State v. Bunty @ Manish, granting anticipatory bail in FIR No. 804/2023 registered at Police Station: Palam Village, South-West Delhi under Sections 452/394/411/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC') to the accused/respondent no.2 in these petitions.

At the outset, the learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer (IO), submits that the investigation is complete, and they are in the process of filing the charge-sheet, which should be filed within a period of one month.
