% 01.02.2016 This is a suit for declaration and damages valued at less than Rs.1 crore.

Ld. counsel for parties submit that the cause of action arose at defendant no.1 office situated at Jasola which falls under the jurisdiction of District South East, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District South East, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South East), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South East), Saket, Delhi on 13.05.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
