% 04.03.2024 Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 1022/2014, under Sections 420/120B/34 IPC, registered at PS: Madhu Vihar, Delhi. Sections 467/468/471 IPC were subsequently invoked during investigation.

Issue notice. Learned APP for the State appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

After partly making submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
