W.P.(CRL) 459/2019 and Crl. M.A. No. 3260/2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C. issued to the petitioner directing him to appear in person before PS Gandhi Nagar in case FIR No. 199/2018 under Sections 420/34 IPC.

After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take remedies as available in law. Leave and liberty granted.
