The Petition under Section 482 CrPC, has been filed by the petitioners namely Tuli Ram, Manoj, Dinesh, Vikram @ Lala, Vikky and Sonu Tanwar, for quashing of the FIR bearing No.
227/2013 under Sections 452/308/323/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Fateh Puri Beri. 2.
The complainant-respondent No.2 in his complaint has levelled allegations that he used to drive the Water Tanker. tanker, he was stopped near Tivoli Garden by accused Manoj, son of Tuli Ram by stopping his Santro Car in front of the respondent No.2's vehicle. He asked respondent No. 2 to explain his father that he will not ply water tanker in front of his house to which, respondent No. 2 told him that he will inform his father (father of complainant) about the objection raised by the accused Manoj. It was further alleged that when respondent No. 2 reached his house at around 11 PM, he saw that accused persons namely Manoj, his father Tuli Ram, Tejan (now deceased) along with four bouncers were beating his father Prakash Chand, brother Bharat, wife Poonam and sisterin-law Moni. It was alleged that accused Manoj was beating them with iron pipes and the rest were bearing them with dandas. A PCR call was made and PCR took the complainant and his father to AIIMS Trauma Centre. On the statement of the complainant, the above-mentioned FIR was registered. 3.
It is averred in the petition that the petitioners also received injury in the incident and cross complaint case was registered. It is stated that the dispute between the parties was in respect to building up a property in Village Asola Fatehpur Beri and civil case and other disputes are also pending adjudication between the parties.

During the pendency of the aforesaid cases, the parties approached to the Civil Court and requested for disposal of the cases on the basis of settlement. The cases were then sent to Mediation Centre, Saket Courts for possibility of settlement, wherein, by mediated settlement dated 31.07.2023, the parties have entered into a compromise. Copy of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 31.07.2023 is annexed with the petition as Annexure-D. 5.
It is submitted that both the petitioners and respondent No. 2 have sorted out their all differences with the intervention of their common friends The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
and they have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the FIR and the consequent proceedings be quashed. 6.
The complainant is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled with all the accused persons. He has no objection if the FIR and the consequent proceedings are quashed against the petitioners as well as other accused persons on account of the settlement already arrived at between the parties.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed.
Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 227/2013 under Sections 452/308/323/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Fateh Puri Beri and all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet are hereby quashed qua all the accused persons.
