This application is, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) No. 1465/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondent nos.1 & 3 to revise the pension of the petitioner as per his entitlement and release the difference of arrears of revised pension and the terminal benefits of the petitioner. He further seeks direction to pay adequate compensation for the delay in disbursing the terminal benefit as it

is no fault of petitioner along with interest @ 18% p.a. with effect from 01.11.2011 till its payment.

Issue notice to respondent no.1.

Learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.1 and has assured this Court that the final decision shall be taken by the respondent no.1 on a communication dated 30.03.2015 which is at page 23 of the petition within time bound manner as per the directions of this Court. Keeping in view of the averments made in the present petition and the submission of counsel for the parties and in view of the decision taken by this Court in the order dated 05.09.2013 passed in W.P.(C) No. 510/2012, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondent no.1 to take a final decision on the communication dated 30.03.2015 mentioned above within six weeks from the receipt of this order. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of. Order dasti to counsel for the petitioner and respondent no.1. SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J FEBRUARY 13, 2019 ab
