After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued for expeditious recording of the prosecution evidence, he has instructions not to press this petition at this stage.

In view of the above, trial court is directed to expedite the recording of the prosecution evidence and endeavour to conclude the same by 30.12.2019.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions.
