By virtue of the present bail application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.466/2019 dated 04.11.2019 under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at PS.: Sector 23 Dwarka, Delhi.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application.
