% 02.02.2016 IA No. 1476/2016 ( under O.22R.4 CPC, filed by petitioner) (to be read as under O.22 R. 10A CPC) By way of the instant IA plaintiff is seeking directions to ld. counsel for defendants for furnishing details of legal heirs of late Sh. I K Lata. At this stage ld. counsel for defendant nos. 3 & 4 has furnished complete details of surviving legal heirs of deceased Sh. I K Lata to ld. counsel for petitioner in the court itself.

CS(OS) 1480/1997 This is a suit for partition having jurisdictional value less than rupees two crores falling within the territorial jurisdiction of Central District. It is informed that connected matter bearing CS (OS) 1470/1997 has already been transferred by this court to the concerned district court for 25/04/2016.

CS(OS) 1480/1997 Keeping in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 & in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present matter also stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District & Session Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 25st April, 2016.
