Material on record indicates that the principal amount claimed before the learned Arbitral Tribunal is Rs.56,97,143/-. The said amount is below the sum of Rs. 2 crores, and therefore, below the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court.

Resultantly, the Petition is returned back to the Petitioner, to enable filing of the same before the Court of appropriate jurisdiction. 3.

Needless to state, the time spent from the date of filing of the Petition before this Court till the date of its disposal would be taken into account while calculating limitation.

The Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, along with pending application(s), if any.
