As recorded in the order dated 04.08.2023, they confirm that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties under the aegis of Mediation Centre, Patiala House Court. Learned counsel for the parties state that the settlement is being implemented, but some payments are yet to be made.

Having regard to the fact that the proceedings have admittedly been settled, the petition is disposed of as not pressed, with liberty to the petitioner to make an application for revival of the petition, if necessary.
