By way of the present application, the applicant seeks the grant of regular bail in connection with Case No. VIII(AP)/10/P&I/5528B/Arrival/2025, registered under Sections 8, 21, 23, and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. Astik Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application. 3.

The bail application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case or on any application that may be filed by the applicant hereafter, which shall be considered by the appropriate Court on its own merits, in accordance with law.
