This is a petition filed under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking to challenge the Arbitral Award dated 14.02.2013. 2.

During the pendency of the proceeding, the parties have arrived at a settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 28.05.2025, under which the respondents has given post-dated cheques to the petitioner. Out of the 6 post-dated cheques, 4 have been encashed and the next 2 post-dated cheques are due on 25.09.2025 and 25.10.2025. 3.

Mr. Kher, learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, assures that the post-dated cheques, on presentation, will be honoured. 4.

Taking his statement on record and binding the respondents to the same, the petition is disposed of.

In case there is any default, the petitioner will be at liberty to revive the petition.
