This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 05.07.2024 wherein the judgment-debtors were directed to file its list of assets.

Since the judgment-debtors today have handed over a sum of Rs. 2,87,35,055/- vide demand draft bearing No. 165724 dated 19.07.2024 drawn on State Bank of India , no further orders are required to be passed in the execution.

In case there are any other amounts outstanding towards interest during the pendency of the execution, the same shall be informed to the judgment-debtors who shall clear the same within six weeks thereafter, subject to any order passed by the Appellate Court.
