CM(M) 242/2019 & CM APPL. 6630/2019 The petitioner has assailed the impugned order dated 11.02.2019 of the learned ADJ-03, PHC, New Delhi in MCA No. 06/19 vide which notice of the appeal was ordered for today i.e. 12.02.2019. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the matter has been renotified for 13.02.2019 and the petitioner is aggrieved by an ex-parte relief having not been granted. In view of the circumstances reflected through the impugned order, it is not considered appropriate to grant any ex-parte relief sought now. It has also
been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the tickets of all the plaintiffs, which were scheduled are as under : - Respondent no.
