% 18.02.2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole for the treatment of his father who has been diagnosed with cardiac abnormality and a surgery is to be performed on 20th February, 2019.

A status report has been handed over by learned proxy counsel for learned Standing Counsel for the State. As per the status report factum of Angiography of the petitioner's father to be performed on 20th February, 2019 has been verified. The family of the petitioner is residing at village Ballah, PS Ashand, District Karnal, Haryana.

Considering the verification report and the family of the petitioner comprising of his parents, sister and younger brother, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be W.P.(CRL) 463/2019

released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. Petition is disposed of.
