O R D E R

% 14.03.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that parents of petitioner have already expired. Petitioner's wife has also expired leaving behind two minor children aged about four and nine years old. It is submitted that petitioner has to look after his children. Petitioner is in custody for the last about ten months. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the matter. Therefore, it is prayed that he may be admitted to bail. Learned APP has opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner. It is contended that petitioner was part of a racket which used to allure jobless people by promising them employment in Territorial Army for the post of Constable.

On this pretext, petitioner and co-accused cheated about seven people. The total cheated amount is approximately `25 lacs out of which

petitioner has received `2.5 lacs. It is further contended that petitioner is also involved in four other matters.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
