This writ petition is preferred on behalf of the Petitioner seeking restoration of electricity supply in respect of CA No. 351373077 installed at property bearing No. 27/91 B, Ground Floor, Panchsheel, Gali No.7, Vishwas Nagar, Delhi.

Mr. Moksh Arora, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent.

Learned counsel for the Respondent takes a preliminary objection to the maintainability of this writ petition on the ground that the Petitioner has an alternate statutory remedy under Section 42(5) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and thereafter remedy of an appeal under Section 42(6) of the Act before the Ombudsman.
