% 22.01.2018 Petitioner's suspension was set aside by respondent No.2Directorate of Education in May, 2016 and thereafter, respondent No.3School had called upon petitioner to join the school vide letter of 27th June, 2016 (Annexure P-10). According to learned counsel for petitioner, joining report of 4th July, 2016 (Annexure P-11) was submitted, but petitioner was not allowed to join the school. Thereafter, petitioner had filed a writ petition W.P.(C) 8291/2016 in September, 2016, which was withdrawn in December, 2017 on technical grounds. It is submitted that in the counter affidavit filed in W.P.(C) 8291/2016, the stand of respondent-School was that petitioner's service stood terminated. Since petitioner's service had been already terminated, therefore, grievance of petitioner of not being allowed to join duty cannot be W.P.(C) 578/2018

acceded to. The termination of petitioner's service is not under challenge in this petition and in view thereof, this petition and application are disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file a fresh writ petition to raise the grievance of not being allowed to join duty and against termination of her service.
