% 22.08.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the Rules framed under Section 22 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, the petitioner had filed a petition for eviction of his son and daughter in law from his self acquired property. The said petition was heard on 24.08.2016 and orders have been reserved. In this view, he seeks to withdraw the present petition. The petition and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
