(COMM) 148/2020 in view of settlement under VSV II scheme between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled the matter under the scheme Vivad Se Vishwas II. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also paid the amount to the respondent.
