% 13.12.2019 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled their disputes and respondent has given an undertaking before the Trial Court pursuant to the settlement that respondent shall vacate the tenanted premises on or before 30.06.2020 and accordingly, the eviction petition has already been disposed of. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
