The Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the Respondents to dispose of the application dated 04.06.2022 and the appeal dated 17.05.2023 and pass speaking order within a time frame. 2.

The facts of the case in brief are that the father of the Petitioner Late Sukhbir Singh, who was the owner of the shop bearing No. D-434, NSM, Azadpur Mandi, Delhi, and a proprietor of the firms, namely, M/s Sukhbir Singh & Sons and Chaudhary Vegetable Company. Singh passed away leaving behind his wife, two sons and one daughter. It is stated that the shops as well as license has been given to the son, a fact which has been objected to by the Petitioner. 3.

It is stated that the petition has not been disposed of and the Petitioner has filed an appeal because neither the appeal nor the application were being disposed of.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 and 3 states that the prayers of the Petitioner would be satisfied within a period of eight weeks from today. The statement is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.

The writ petition is disposed of on the statement of learned Counsel for the Respondent.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.
