This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Order dated 22.03.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, 'Tribunal') in O.A No. 432/2024, titled Punit Kumar & Ors. v. Staff Selection Commission & Ors. and Order dated 08.04.2024 passed in M.A No. 1246/2024 in O.A No. 432/2024, titled Punit Kumar v. Staff Selection Commission (SSC), allowing the O.A. filed by the respondent herein and directing the petitioners to subject him to a remedical examination. 2.

In spite of service of the notice, none has appeared for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has received an e-mail dated 07.07.2025, purportedly from the respondent, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. stating that he is no longer interested in securing a job with the Delhi Police as he has now been employed with the Secretariat Security Force (SSF).

In view of the above, the present petition, along with the pending application, is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

In case the respondent seeks an enforcement of the Impugned Order, it shall be open to the petitioners to revive the present petition.
