The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that he be allowed to peacefully vend at the designated place, described as "Shahdara South Zone, Ward-12E, Delhi" without any hindrance caused by public officials.

2.

Admittedly, the petitioner has not been allotted any fixed place for carrying out vending activities. The petitioner being a mobile vendor, in terms of the Certificate of Vending (COV), is required to not carry out the vending activities at the particular spot for more than 30 minutes or such time that may be specified by the Town Vending Committee (TVC). 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would strictly abide by the terms and conditions of the COV. 4.

The learned counsels for respondents submit if the petitioner does so, the petitioner would not be disturbed or interdicted from carrying on his vending activities.
