% 22.01.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent Nos.2 and 3 are neighbours. A quarrel took place between the petitioners on the one hand and the respondent Nos.2 and 3 on the other which led to registration of FIR No. 372/2013 under Section 324/34 IPC registered at Police Station Alipur on the complaint of respondent No.2. After investigation, offence under Section 324 IPC was converted to offence under Section 326 IPC. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes amicably on 24.03.2017 by Annexure P-3 and therefore aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings may be quashed. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are present in court and identified by a SI Gajender of PS Alipur. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have settled the matter with petitioners of their own free will without undue force, pressure and coercion and they have no objection in case FIR is quashed. Affidavits

of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have also been filed and are on record. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent Nos. 2 and 3, FIR No. 372/2013 under Section 324/34 IPC registered at Police Station Alipur and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
