Mr. Pramod Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the Directorate of Education (DoE) has passed an order on 21 March 2024 rejecting the petitioner's application under Section 17(3) of the Delhi School Education Act, 1973.

Mr. Gupta seeks leave to withdraw this petition while reserving liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the said decision. 3.
