Ms. Kapoor, learned counsel representing the writ petitioner, on instructions, states that although the principal amount has been refunded, the issue of interest statutorily payable still remains. She however prays for the disposal of the instant writ petition subject to rights being reserved to the writ petitioner to pursue statutory remedies which are available insofar as the question of interest is concerned.
