The record shows that the disputes obtaining between the parties were referred attempting a mediated settlement under the aegis of Samadhan - Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre ["Centre"] by the coordinate bench via order dated 11.07.2023.

The record also discloses that parties have arrived at a settlement. The Settlement Agreement (SA) dated 08.12.2023 is available on the court record.

We are of the opinion that the terms of the SA are lawful. 4.
Counsel for the parties affirm the position that the SA has been arrived at with the free volition and participation of the parties. 5.
Accordingly, as prayed, the above-captioned appeal is disposed of in terms of the SA arrived at between the parties.
