% 03.03.2025 In the absence of any jurisdictional challenge having been raised, we find no justification to entertain this writ petition which seeks to challenge a final order referable to Section 73 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

Consequently, the writ petition shall stand dismissed with liberty reserved to the writ petitioner to pursue appropriate statutory alternative remedies.
