1. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "a. issue an appropriate writ(s) or order(s) or direction(s) directing the respondents to provide an online link for submission of application by the petitioner institution seeking grant of recognition for running the teacher training course namely D.El.Ed. from the ensuing academic session in terms of Regulations, 2014; and / or b. pass any other order or orders which may deem fit and proper on the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

2. Issue notice. Mr. Akhil K. Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents, accepts the notice.

3. Both parties submit that the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.(C) 16610/2023 dated 21.12.2023. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

The order dated 21.12.2023 in W.P.(C) 16610/2023 reads as under:- "1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Issue notice.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents accepts notice.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties jointly submit that the controversy involved in the instant case stands covered by order dated 15.09.2023 passed in W.P.(C) 12125/2023 and other connected matters.

5. The order dated 15.09.2023 reads as under:- "1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties jointly submit that the controversy involved in the instant petitions stands decided by this court in terms of order dated 24.08.2022 in W.P.(C) 2813/2021 and other connected matters. They submit that against the order so passed, the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) filed LPA 507/2022 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this court.

2. The Hon'ble Division Bench vide order dated 18.11.2022 in LPA 507/2022, granted liberty to NCTE to file a review petition before the Hon'ble Single Judge, who passed the order on 24.08.2022 in W.P.(C) 2813/2021.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, however, submit that on 31.01.2023, on an application filed by the petitioner-institution, the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in LPA 507/2022 on 18.11.2022 has been recalled.

According to them, the Hon'ble Division Bench has expressed to decide the matter in LPA itself.

4. Having considered the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, it would be apposite to dispose of the instant petitions in similar terms of W.P.(C) 2813/2021 dated 24.08.2022 and by subsequent order dated 31.08.2022.

5. Needless to state that if the order dated 24.08.2022, passed in W.P.(C) 2813/2021 is modified or set aside in pending LPA 507/2022, the same would govern the further course of action.

6. With aforesaid directions, the instant petitions stand disposed of alongwith pending application(s), if any."

6. In view of the aforesaid, let the directions passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 12125/2023 be made applicable mutatis mutandis in the instant case also.

7. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of."

4. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the same was followed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) nos. 7537/2024, 8557/2024, 13309/2024, 11217/2024, 13182/2024, 7669/2024, 7815/2024, 7841/2024, 8486/2024, 9111/2024 and 9116/2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also confined his submissions only to the extent of seeking the same directions, which are passed in W.P.(C) 16610/2023.

6. The Court has perused the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 2813/2021 dated 24.08.2022 and the order dated 31.08.2022 passed in the same petition in CM APPL. 37833/2022. As the directions issued by the court in all the writ petitions are the same, the Court deems it appropriate to reiterate the same directions as contained in the order dated 21.12.2023 in W.P.(C) 16610/2023.

7. Let the directions be complied with accordingly.

8. The directions made shall be made applicable to the mutatis mutandis to the facts of the present writ petition.
