Learned counsel for the parties state that the valuation of the present petition is less than ₹2 crores and the petition is therefore required to be transferred to the concerned District Court under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 and the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts this position. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the jurisdictional District Court is the District Court (North District), Rohini Court, Delhi.

In view of the above, the petition be transferred to the concerned Court and be listed before the learned District Judge (North District), Rohini Courts, Delhi on 12.03.2020, who will assign it to the appropriate court.
