Learned counsel for the parties state that the present matter has been amicably resolved. They state that Mr.Sudhir Kumar and Mrs.Neelam Rani have entered into a One-Time Settlement with the Union Bank and the amount under the Settlement has also been paid. A copy of the Settlement Certificate dated 19th December, 2023 as well as the OTS Letter dated 20th September, 2023 have been handed over in Court. The same are taken on record.

Accordingly, the present writ petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
