This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the Respondent to correct the error in the application form issued by Directorate of Education, GNCTD for nursery admission in CWSN category in private schools of Delhi as also to categorise preferences given in the admission forms on the basis of actual distances of the schools from the places of residence of applicants, applying for admission.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that Petitioner has been granted admission in Delhi Public School, Vasant Kunj, Delhi and since the grievances ventilated in the petition stand redressed, the same be disposed of as withdrawn.
