Mr. Pankaj Sharma, Advocates.

versus DELHI DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY .....Respondent Through:

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN

O R D E R

% 03.03.2025 CM APPL. 12566/2025 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(C) 2647/2025 1.

The petitioner seems to be aggrieved by the fact that despite there being an order dated 20.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 10645/2024, respondent has not done anything and his representation is still undecided. 2.

I have gone through abovesaid order dated 20.08.2024 whereby DDA was directed to treat the abovesaid writ petition as a representation and to pass a reasoned order, after hearing the petitioner within a period of six weeks. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that no decision has yet been taken.

4.

Ms. Kritika Gupta, learned counsel for respondent/DDA who appears on advance notice submits that as per the instructions which she has received, W.P.(C) 2647/2025 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. a personal hearing was given to petitioner on 24.09.2024 and, thereafter, even a decision has been taken.

5.

She, however, submits she has yet not received the copy of such decision but undertakes that the soft copy of such decision shall be sent to the counsel for petitioner within three working days. 6.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the abovesaid statement given by Ms. Gupta, the petitioner, at the moment, does not press the present writ petition. He, however, submits that after going through the contents of the abovesaid decision, the petitioner would see as to what further action is required to be taken with respect to controversy in hand. 7.

Needless to say, the petitioner is always at liberty to take appropriate action as may be permissible under law.

8.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.

9.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
