This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers :- "(a) direct the Respondent No.2 to consider & decide the pending application of Petitioner Institution submitted for shifting of its premises, from its 'existing' to 'new', expeditiously & preferably within a period of one month; and..."

For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 3.
Mr. Sethi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and states that the application will be decided expeditiously. 4.
Hence, the petition is allowed and the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the application dated 08.12.2023 expeditiously and not later than 4 weeks from today.
