After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file an appeal before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) (hereinafter referred to as 'CIT(A)) and raise all objections and grounds, which have been raised in the present petition.
