After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the concerned Debt Recovery Tribunal for redressal of his grievances.

He, however, submits that in case, his petition is not entertained by learned Tribunal, he may be given liberty to approach this Court again. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ present petition is disposed as not pressed.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
