This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs :- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, directing the Respondents to forthwith update their official website and upload the order dated 12.12.2025, whereby the name of the Petitioner institution has been rectified from "Dakshin Dinajpur B.Ed. College" to "Dakshin Dinajpur D.Ed. College";..."

Mr. Rupal, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the petition being allowed.
