% 27.02.2019 Since the agreed maintenance amount was not paid by the petitioner, respondent no.2 has filed the execution petition wherein NBWs have been issued against the petitioner since he has failed to make payment. He even did not appear in person.

During the course of hearing, it has been admitted by the petitioner's counsel that maintenance amount has not been paid by the petitioner since February, 2016.

In my view, no case is made out to interfere with the order of the Family Court since admittedly arrears of maintenance have not been paid. Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
