Perusal of the order dated 23.01.2024 indicates that the counsel for the Petitioner had informed the Court that the Petitioner was not contacting him and he would be taking requisite steps in the matter to seek discharge. 5.

There is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition and the same is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
