The application stands disposed of.

During the course of hearing, it transpires that the sanctioned building plan issued qua the property in question i.e. Plot No.13A/23, WEA Karol Bagh, Delhi, has been revoked by the MCD.

In view of the aforesaid development, which is stated to have taken place subsequent to the filing of the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to assail the aforesaid revocation of the sanctioned building plan, in accordance with law.
