Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that certain essential documents are presently not in possession of the Petitioner and, therefore, seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner also seeks liberty to prefer such proceedings as may be permissible under law upon receipt of the said documents, inter alia, the Agreement envisaging the arbitration clause or such other document as may evidence the consensus between the parties that any disputes arising inter se them would be referable to Arbitration.

Leave and liberty, as sought for, are granted. 4.
