This is an application seeking withdrawal of the present petition. 2.

The application is stated to have been occasioned on account of the fact that the Assessing Authority of the NDMC has rectified the impugned Assessment Order dated 09.01.2023, and passed the re-assessment order bearing No. A.O. No. T.I.-(2)/910 J.D.(TAX) 2024 dated 27.03.2024. 3.

The rectified demand bill dated 28.03.2024 is also stated to have been raised based on the aforesaid re-assessment order. 4.

In the circumstances, the present application is allowed. 5.

W.P.(C) 3862/2023, along with pending applications stand dismissed as withdrawn.
