Since an alternate efficacious remedy is available to the Petitioner before the competent authority under the Delhi Waqf Act, on a suggestion given by this Court, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the authority under the Delhi Waqf Act.
