The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"I). To issue Writ of Mandamus, order, directions or any other Writ of similar nature by quashing impugned notification for the recruitment for Constable (Driver) Male in Delhi Police bearing No. F. No. 3/3/2022-P&P-I of Respondent No. 1 dated 08.07.2022 and recruitments made by the Respondent No. 1 thereafter against the said notification.

II). To issue Writ of Mandamus, order, directions or any other Writ of similar nature for transferring the investigation of said FIR No. 420/2022 at PS Furrukh Nagar, Gurugram (Haryana) on 21.10.2022 u/s 419, 420, 34, 120-B IPC to any Central Investigation Agency as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper as the examination is for the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with proper particulars and amended prayers.
